PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each product is listed with a price including VAT for customers within the EU. At checkout, the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping is displayed. We offer our customers purchases via Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

CURRENCY

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). International customers are responsible for currency conversion fees from their payment provider.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the day you receive the product. You have the right to open the package to look closer at the product. The product being returned must be unused, in its original packaging and undamaged. Upon return, a refund will be made to you minus the return shipping fee. The refund of the order amount or cancellation of the issued invoice will be made by Howling Cow within 14 days from the date the returned product is received.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY IF:

The customer has purchased a limited edition print that is numbered. If the customer has purchased a customized product or a product with significant customization, such as a limited edition print, the customer is not eligible for Howling Cow's right of withdrawal. A product created according to the customer's specific specifications is exempt from the consumer's right to cancel the purchase under Swedish distance selling laws.

WARRANTIES AND SERVICE

If you receive a product with visible damage that occurred before delivery, the product can be claimed. In such cases, email support@howlingcowprojects.com within 7 days of receiving the package. To approve the claim, photos of the damage and packaging must be included in the email. Upon an approved claim, the consumer will receive a new identical product, with Howling Cow covering the shipping costs.

Howling Cow reserves the right to change all information without prior notice. Howling Cow reserves the right to in individual cases refuse an order. If a sales item is out of stock, Howling Cow has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance.
